Return and Refund Policy
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving damaged or incorrect items. Perfumes are fragile products, and although we take great care in packaging them securely, there are rare instances when they may break during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can choose to receive a full refund or a replacement. To process your request, please email us at support.usa@aromaconcepts.com with pictures of the damaged or incorrect items and your order number. In this case, we will also refund the shipment charges. Please note that any customs or duties paid are non-refundable and will not be refunded.
Undamaged ItemsWe understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We offer a 30-day refund policy for undamaged items. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, or, if opened, in a condition where it can still be resold. Please email us at support.usa@aromaconcepts.com within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.
Return Shipping Costs:Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us.
Refund Timeline:Refunds will be issued within 5 days after we receive the product in our warehouse.
Gifts with Purchase:Any gifts included with the product must also be returned in their original form. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in a partial or no refund.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds/returns on sale items.
We do not accept any returns that are requested beyond the 30-day eligibility period of receiving the order.
We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the eligibility for returns and refunds.
