You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition as supplied. It must also be in the original packaging.
We aim to process all the refunds within 4 working days of the product being received at our warehouse. Once we have received your returned items will notify you via email about the return process after we have conducted the inspection.
The shipping charge is non-refundable on all orders and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
