- EU customers are considered as international purchases and any import duties/taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- USA, Australia & New Zealand orders are shipped from our local facilities and any interstate taxes if there are any are the responsibility of the customer.
- We provide a tracking number for all the orders and customers can track their goods in transit via the relevant website of the courier company.
- For any orders, we don’t offer any additional tracking service unless it’s not delivered after the seventh working day of the dispatch date. You can always track your order using the tracking number provided at the time of dispatch.
